This is the new, smart way to cure so many things. I've had it a few days and I've seen some difference in my body. It has been great on my bone on bone 72 yr old knees. I was limping the day it came but after placing the board on my knees for 30 minutes each day I feel the difference. I moved it up and down my torso to get my hips, my waist and upper torso so the fat cells hopefully start dying off elinating my lumpy fat areas. I'm not fat but as you age your body needs help producing collagen and muscle. This just might be the answer, this board has given me some hope in the area of reversing what time has done to my body. I've been using it consistently for 3 1/2 weeks now. The unit is very solidly built, heavy, and sturdy, with fans on the back that keep it surprisingly cool.

I started with 4-minute sessions and gradually increased to 10 minutes over the first week and a few days. So far, I've noticed a slight improvement in my skin's texture and the lines on my neck have become slightly less pronounced.

This red light therapy panel arrived quickly and was very well packaged, with no damage during transit. Upon opening the box, I was pleasantly surprised by how high-end this panel is. I've tried several other red light therapy devices, and this one is leaps and bounds ahead of the others. It has a heavy-duty exterior, unlike many others, and is large enough to achieve full body exposure in a single session.

You can choose between red light, NIR, and many other convenient programs. It features a digital timer that reminds me of high-end products you'd find at a gym or physical therapy office. This unit is far more powerful than others I’ve used and plugs into a standard wall outlet. It comes with an over-the-door hook and a steel cable for wall mounting. Protective glasses are included, which you'll definitely need, but even with them, I don’t suggest staring directly at the lights as they are much more intense than those in a lower price range.

I can’t speak to its long-term effectiveness yet, but after using it for a week, I feel it has helped with my back pain and swelling. The price is on the higher end, but it's fully justified as this is a business-quality device, not just for personal use. Overall, this is an amazing quality red light therapy panel that has been very helpful in the initial week of use. Highly recommended.

This is beyond impressive for a red light therapy device. I feel like this is medical grade but for home use. It’s easy to use and very convenient. This device easily allows me to do full body treatments in one session which saves me a lot of time. I regularly use multiple styles of devices such as a body wrap belts, masks, flash light, and desk top panels but they only cover small areas. So far this has the best and strongest Near Infrared Light I’ve come across. The light is incredibly bright and can fill a large room. Even with the goggles or glasses on this is strong. Very impressed.
