I've been interested in infrared for a long time and was happy to find this inexpensive device to experiment with. The intriguing aspect is the 850nm LEDs frequency, which is suppose to pernitrate deeper to the muscles which is what I want for my patients. The visible 660nm red light produces some surface heat which also has benefits and is quite startling when you first see this panel in action. It is super bright and probably should not be looked at directly for more than a few seconds.

I listen to all the new trends in science and healthcare and there seems to be a real benefit to red light therapy. You can look these up yourself. I was looking for a light with both near and far spectrum LEDs and this one fit the bill. I like how it has an included hanging bracket. I use it this way if I am doing a facial session. This is the only way I am utilizing it at the moment and it is the first thing I do in the mornings. it’s a light, it works for me. I would recommend.

This thing is bright! It's perfect for hanging in the living room in the evening to avoid the harsh halogens after dark. It's lightweight and feels somewhat brittle, but it's not like we're going to be throwing it around so I'll give it a pass. It does warm up a bit if it's on for awhile, I actually like that it does. No perceptible noise. Big enough + bright enough to read by.

I recently learned of all the benefits of red light therapy and was so pleased to find such a high-quality product at a great price! I absolutely love my red light therapy device! As you can see, I hang it from the ceiling using the wire and hook included and lie down underneath. I use it for 15-20 minutes about 3 nights a week and have noticed an improvement in my sleep (deeper) and skin (smoother).

I really like the gentle warming sensation the product provides. I believe it's improving my muscle tissues, too! I have less soreness and feel rejuvenated/repaired after each use. The great news is that the effects are immediate and seem to last. Highly recommend!

I was skeptical about buying a red light for my home, but I’m glad I did! This light was affordable and is super lightweight. The biggest upside is having a stand. You either hang it or use the stand to hold it up. Regardless, for the price, this is a great option! I use it every morning while I meditate and it has been amazing for rejuvenating my skin and assisting in my body feeling better. I recommend this light to everyone!

I find this product, an incredible bargain. I leave it plugged in next to my couch and use it while I sit there on my phone. I let it work on my neck for pain and mobility. I also like to use it on my face in the mornings. The product is lightweight, and easy to maneuver. I would definitely recommend purchasing this.

I have really been enjoying my red light panel! I can place it anywhere in my room and I like to do my stretches in front of it every night! I love how fast I fall asleep and effective my sleep is on the nights i use the red light compared to not! This thing works!
